How our coaches spend their time with Clients:
1. 10%
of a coach's time is spent facilitating Workshops utilizing Pathways to Principled Leadership©
2. 50%
of their time is spent in 1:1 coaching to deepen the learning from Pathways to Principled Leadership and
enable leaders to apply the concepts in their workplace
3. 40%
of their time is spent in Accountability Structures (co-designed, but led by
the Client) that allow employees and leaders to “give account” for the Results,
Leadership Behaviors and Character of their teams.
