Founder/President

Bob Koenig, who had spent the previous 15 years as a performance improvement & leadership coach throughout North America , founded Andrew Coaching in 2004. Prior to coaching, Koenig held a variety of senior leadership positions over a 14-year period with corporations in the Mining, Electrical and Gas Utility industries.

Koenig is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) and has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering (B.E.), both from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada.

Born and raised in Canada, Koenig holds dual American and Canadian citizenship, which has given him the opportunity to live and work in much of North America.

Koenig's faith is an integral part of his daily life. His wife Norma, their son Brooks, daughter Rebecca and son-in-law Tom provide continual support to Koenig and his company. He has a passion for Men's Ministry and endurance sports (triathlons and marathons).

Principled Leadership Coach

Bryan Rhinehart has been involved in training leaders on an international level for more than a decade. From the Highlands of Papua New Guinea to the Southern Islands of the Philippines, Rhinehart has been involved with a number of mission organizations in developing leaders and providing support to indigenous leadership in some of the most distant places on earth. Rhinehart earned a Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Ministry during the eight years he spent with the second largest mission organization in the world.

Rhinehart, also, has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Health Care Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management, both from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Born and raised in New Orleans, LA, Rhinehart’s life has been built upon the firm foundation of faith and family. He and wife, Kimberly, are focused on raising their son, Jesse, to be a man of rock-solid character. He is passionate about international missions, competitive sports and New Orleans Saints football, as well as, good food in the company of family and friends.

Principled Leadership Coach

Since 1996, Dean Miles has been speaking and facilitating programs for groups and individuals around the country on many sensitive organizational, interpersonal and personal issues, as well as coaching managers, executives, and front-line employees at some of the nation’s top companies. Miles has been a keynote presenter for the largest pharmaceutical companies and for the wildlife nutrition industry. Miles spent three years training Fortune 100 companies on topics such as High Risk Termination, Executive Protection, Work Place Violence and Drugs in the Workplace. Miles received his training from the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)

Miles has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri and is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC).

Miles was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. His parents were students at Louisiana State University (LSU). Miles spent his first few months in Baton Rouge, then moved with his family to several states including Indiana, Missouri, Texas, Ohio and, most recently, Colorado. His wife Melanie, their son Zachary, daughter Mason, daughter Meredith, and son Reed live in the mountains at 9300 feet elevation. They enjoy skiing, snowboarding, camping, riding motorcycles, and hiking to the top of the 14,000 feet elevation mountain peaks. Faith and Character are the cornerstones for the Miles family.

Mark Miller is an author, speaker, consultant and coach. Mark has spoken around the country at numerous leadership conferences and been a consultant/coach for national organizations on the power of communicating through storytelling. His book, Experiential Storytelling, has become an important work for those seeking to communicate more effectively in this interactive, digital world. He has coached and mentored individuals from students to corporate executives with the primary goal of helping them live a better story.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri.

Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, Mark currently resides in Chicago, Illinois. He has been married to Stacey for nineteen years and has three daughters: Raegan, Ramsay and Rowan. Ramsey and Rowan were adopted internationally and have added some of the greatest chapters in the Miller family story. The Millers enjoy meals around the table, family game nights, trips to the beach, and laughing till their sides hurt. Most importantly, they love living out a faith-filled life to the full.
